About Suplift:

Role Overview:
As a PROJECTS OPERATIONS INTERN your primary responsibility is to :
to support our project management team. In this role you will assist with coordinating various aspects of ongoing projects to help ensure their successful and timely completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management for project team meetings deadlines and milestones
  • Monitor project progress and help identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks
  • Gather organize and maintain project documentation and records
  • Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations
  • Provide administrative support such as filing data entry and other clerical tasks
  • Attend project team meetings and take detailed notes
  • Perform research and analysis to support project planning and decision making
  • Help coordinate logistics for projectrelated events .
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • graduate degree in business project management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated interest in project management and operations
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to learn and grow within a fastpaced dynamic environment


Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Project Operations Manager or similar role. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Excellent communication skills. Leadership ability. Outstanding organizational skills.
