Manage the company wide projects (Cross-functional projects) that require multiple units’ involvement and act as Marketing SPOC for companywide initiatives as VAT, CPR, TOS …etc.
Oversee the automation of existing and periodical reports and develop management dashboards to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
Develop the short term and long-term strategies and execution plans of the commercial transformation.
Develop, and control the marketing general policy and processes and ensure the compliance
Follow-up on and facilitate projects required for compliance to legal, regulatory, financial requirements
Set the priorities for internal and external processes development and training needs for marketing department and commercial support. Approve processes development.
