Were looking for a Senior Ecosystem and Partners Manager to build strategic alliances expand our reach and drive digital transformation for progressive SMEs ready for growth.

Position Overview
As the Senior Ecosystem and Partners Manager you will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing the companys ecosystem of resellers affiliates and strategic sales partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that drive business growth expand market reach and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape exceptional relationship management skills and a proven track record of successful partnership development.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development:
  • Identify evaluate and establish strategic partnerships that align with the companys business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive partnership strategies to enhance the companys ecosystem and drive mutual value.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including resellers affiliates and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners and facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Market Expansion:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to leverage partnerships for market expansion and penetration.
  • Identify new market opportunities and work with partners to develop joint gotomarket strategies.
Ecosystem Development:
  • Lead initiatives to expand and strengthen the companys ecosystem.
  • Identify and onboard new partners manage partner lifecycle and ensure successful integration into the companys platform.
Performance Metrics:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the impact of partnerships on business growth and strategic goals.
Marketing and Enablement:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop comarketing campaigns and partner enablement programs.
  • Create and deliver training and resources to empower partners and maximize their success.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in partnership management business development or a related field within the digital or technology sector
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and emerging technologies
  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM and partnership management tools
  • Resultsoriented with a strategic mindset
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a rapidly changing industry
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities
  • Passionate about digital transformation and innovation
  • Established local/global network or demonstrated access to the local IT community
