As a Civil Engineer you will play a crucial role in our design and build projects particularly in the renovation sector. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Site Issue Resolution:
- Identify analyze and resolve any siterelated issues promptly to ensure smooth project progress.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions onsite.
Technical Drawing Interpretation:
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings with precision.
- Make necessary modifications or clarifications to ensure accurate implementation of designs onsite.
Professional Engineer Liaison:
- Collaborate closely with the IR (Professional Engineer) to ensure all engineering aspects of the project meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between the project team and the IR to address any engineering challenges.
Team Coordination and Guidance:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the architect team and site supervisors.
- Ensure that all team members understand project requirements and adhere to established design and safety standards.
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage project timelines ensuring that all tasks are completed within the specified time frame.
- Monitor project progress and report any deviations from the plan to senior management.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations providing professional advice and updates on project status.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of any concerns.
