Looking for ASSISTANT COUNTRY DIRECTOR PROGRAMS
What We re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in International Development or a relevant field.
- Experience: At least eight years of progressive overseas experience in humanitarian and development programs with substantial experience leading large and complex programs.
- Skills: Demonstrated skills in program design implementation evaluation and emergency response management. Strong strategic and operational planning abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership representation negotiation and crosscultural communication skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and French. Spanish desired.
