Job Description

Procurement PM Support Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Procurement PM Support Consultant to join our client a leading financial organization here in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting overall program management elements for procurementrelated projects and Business as Usual (BAU) activities. This role requires a strong program management background and the ability to provide actionable insights.

This is a contract position that will be onsite here in Atlanta. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
  • Support the overall program management elements for procurementrelated projects and BAU activities.
  • Create and maintain holistic project plans and trackers to enhance project visibility and reporting.
  • Direct communications between colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with the Procurement Operations team and Supplier Relationship Management team to discuss current state project progress.
  • Create project and BAU status submissions including risk and issue logs.
Reporting and Presentation:
  • Prepare presentation materials and leadership updates on project and BAU work efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Ad Hoc Support:
  • Support ad hoc Procurement Operations management activities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Strong project coordination/management background with the ability to support projects and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and trackers.
  • Experience in preparing presentation materials and leadership updates.
