Raising awareness, improving understanding and knowledge about Disability Inclusion Program to improve access, and create a welcoming environment for people with Disabilities in the company.
Develop educational resources company employees to grow their understanding and knowledge around Disability Inclusion Program, through online and face to face opportunities.
Produce reports on Disability Inclusion Program, using national and international insights as well as learnings from other organizations’ programs to provide D&I/DIP management with relevant and useful updates on progress being made against targets and objectives.
Other tasks deemed necessary as requested from D&I/DIP management
