Job Description
- The Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant leads and advises on Treasury matters related to Saudi Aramco’s Affiliates, including Wholly-Owned Joint Ventures, and Public Entities.
- Will lead the review of affiliates’ corporate finance matters including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
- Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize Intra-group lending, demonstrating an understanding of and structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
- Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant to join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within Group Treasury Management Department of Saudi Aramco.
- Lead the review of affiliates’ corporate finance matters including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
