Production Manager - Orange

The Production Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Orange Texas plant ensuring safety efficiency and quality in all production processes. This role requires a strong leadership presence technical expertise and a proven ability to achieve production goals while optimizing costs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence:
  
  • Drives plant performance by achieving or exceeding production targets reducing costs and improving product quality.
    
  • Develops and implements strategies to optimize plant operations including process improvements equipment utilization and resource allocation.
    
  • Oversees daily production activities ensuring adherence to safety quality and environmental standards.
    
• Leadership and Team Development:
  
  • Builds and develops a highperforming production team through effective leadership coaching and mentoring.
    
  • Fosters a collaborative work environment that encourages open communication and problemsolving.
    
  • Provides clear direction and expectations to employees empowering them to take ownership of their roles.
    
• Strategic Planning:
  
  • Develops and executes shortterm and longterm production plans aligned with overall business objectives.
