Production Manager - Franklin

Our client is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Production Manager to oversee the operations of its Franklin Louisiana plant.

As Production Manager you will:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Achieve and exceed production targets while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
  
• Lead and Develop Teams: Build a highperforming team by providing clear direction coaching and mentorship.
  
• Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant performance and drive continuous improvement.
  
• Financial Acumen: Manage production budgets control costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  
• Safety Champion: Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations fostering a culture of safety.
  

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Proven Leadership: A successful track record in managing and leading production teams.
  
• Technical Expertise: A Bachelors degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred) and at least five years of experience in refining or specialty chemicals manufacturing.
  
• ProblemSolving Skills: The ability to analyze complex problems make sound decisions and implement effective solutions.
  
• Business Acumen: A strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to drive profitability.
  
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
