Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager who is responsible for overseeing company s interactions with the public by implementing social content strategies for a company offering short term and long term stays at Luxury Homes and Villas in North Goa.
Job Responsibilities
- Hands on experience of campaign management on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals & set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Generate, edit, publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Customer segmentation and targeting. Quality reach-ability
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and Instagram stories).
- Knowledge & experience in running successful ad campaigns on social media on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Collaborate with other teams, like sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Analytical & strong creative thinking.
- Education Should have a minimum of Bachelor s degree
- Experience Minimum 2 Years experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager / Specialist.
