Key Duties/Responsibilities:
As an HR Recruiter you will be responsible for several key tasks essential to the organizations success:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process including posting job advertisements headhunting top talent and conducting interviews to attract the best candidates.
- Foster trust and build strong relationships to retain employees.
- Organize teambuilding activities to promote a positive work environment.
- Handle personnelrelated administrative activities such as training programs evaluations and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Work closely with the management team to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee office management tasks including ordering refreshments stationery supplies and other essentials to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of experience in HR recruitment with a proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Strong understanding of the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and experience managing associated processes.
- Proficiency in various sourcing methods including effective use of platforms like LinkedIn and other media channels to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates employees and management.
