The Mission:
As a Senior Software Engineer you will be at the forefront of our technology initiatives playing a pivotal role in designing building and maintaining robust scalable and secure software applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products enhancing user experiences and ensuring the highest levels of performance and reliability.

The Role:

• Software Development: Lead and participate in the endtoend development of highquality software solutions using Java Spring Angular and Hibernate.
• Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges debug issues and provide innovative solutions to meet project goals.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers and designers to deliver exceptional software products.
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers fostering their professional growth and ensuring the teams success.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects ensuring knowledge transfer and future reference.
• Quality Assurance: implement automated testing and ensure software quality.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment ensuring ontime delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Troubleshooting: Provide support for production issues and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Software developer (5 to 10 years XP total) demonstrating the ability to drive successful software projects.
  
• Strong expertise in software development and proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
  
• Good understanding of software design principles design patterns and architecture.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering pragmatic solutions.
  
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and startup/scaleup environments.
  
• Familiar with project management tools (were using GitLab) and version control systems (Git).
  
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
