Job Description

Overview:

The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organization by ensuring the recruitment of top talent to meet the company s staffing needs. They are responsible for sourcing attracting assessing and onboarding candidates to fill open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Utilizing social media and job boards for candidate sourcing
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens
  • Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process
  • Participating in career fairs and networking events
  • Conducting reference and background checks
  • Negotiating employment offers and managing onboarding processes
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage candidate progress
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Evaluating and improving recruitment processes
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Preparing recruitment reports and metrics

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Exceptional interviewing and negotiation skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive and resultsdriven approach to recruitment
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRMCP is preferred
