Overview:
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organization by ensuring the recruitment of top talent to meet the company s staffing needs. They are responsible for sourcing attracting assessing and onboarding candidates to fill open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing job descriptions and specifications
- Utilizing social media and job boards for candidate sourcing
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens
- Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process
- Participating in career fairs and networking events
- Conducting reference and background checks
- Negotiating employment offers and managing onboarding processes
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage candidate progress
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Evaluating and improving recruitment processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Preparing recruitment reports and metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Exceptional interviewing and negotiation skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and resultsdriven approach to recruitment
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRMCP is preferred
