Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored lesson plans in line with the curriculum
• Assess students learning needs and personalize teaching methods accordingly
• Use a variety of teaching materials and resources to enhance learning
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to improve their academic performance
• Monitor and track students progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
• Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on students progress
• Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment
• Use technology as an educational tool to enhance learning
• Adapt teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles
• Empower students to become independent learners

• Keep abreast of developments in education and incorporate innovative teaching methods

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education or relevant subject area
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching 7th10th Standard students
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum and academic requirements for 7th10th Standard
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy in dealing with students
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in responding to students diverse learning needs
• Ability to establish rapport with students and build their confidence in their academic abilities
• Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
• Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement
• Understanding of child development and learning processes
