Telecom Expense Management Coordinators

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the organizations telecom systems and services.
• Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of telecom hardware and software.
• Monitor and analyze telecom expenses to optimize costs and identify saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure service delivery and SLA compliance.
• Respond to telecomrelated issues troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain telecom policies procedures and documentation.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of telecom projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of the telecom infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on telecom equipment and applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in telecom technology.
• Manage telecom contracts negotiate terms and renewals.
• Participate in telecom system upgrades and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and standards.
• Recommend improvements to enhance telecom performance and reliability.

Required qualifications:

• Indepth knowledge and experience of Telecom billing and local provision processes in an Enterprise environment
• Working directly with telecom carriers and internal customers on a daily basis to obtain quotes place orders and coordinate installations to ensure the proper service delivery
• Experience with MACD (Moves Adds Changes and Deletions) orders in a daytoday environment
• Experience in Telecom Expense Management systems
• Oracle financials Rivermine/Tangoe Microsoft Office/Outlook Advanced Excel Power BI ServiceNow
• Good understanding of MPLS/VoIP/TDM/DIA/SDWAN and any other Telecommunications Technology a plus
