Job Description

Company Overview: Our client is a prominent and wellestablished distributor for Parker products including Seals (EMG) Pneumatics (AUT) and Filtration (FLT) in Gujarat West India. They have built a strong market reputation for quality and reliability through their skilled professional team and exceptional service.
Job Purpose: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling the companys products including Sealing Pneumatics Instrumentation and Filtration. The role involves establishing and maintaining business relationships achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and develop business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Adhere to payment policies during sales transactions.
  • Define and finalize the agent network.
  • Maintain daily weekly and monthly sales reports and customer records.
  • Prepare reports for monthly quarterly and yearly reviews.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Share product details with prospects via email call or SMS.
  • Organize and attend company exhibitions maintain visitor data and follow up.
  • Prepare and manage a monthly tour plan and arrangements.
Requisite Skills:
  • Confident and aggressive with excellent clientinterfacing skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with good presentation skills.
  • Good listening selfgrooming and proficiency in MS Office.
Desired Skills:
  • Ability to lead a team and perform under pressure.
  • Performancedriven and focused on results.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to motivate others.
Education:
  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Instrumentation or Controls.
Relevant Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year in selling technical/engineering products with experience in Orings and hydraulic sales preferred for Location 1 and hydraulic sales preferred for Location 2.
Other Details:
  • Will travel Yes (within Ankleshwar Dahej Vadodara and Rajkot)
  • Office Time: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
  • Standard deduction as per company norms.
