Job Title: Sales / Business Development Manager
Location: Gujarat
Salary Package: 2.40 LPA to 4.20 LPA
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales / Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting sales goals developing strategies and generating leads for ongoing projects in the residential commercial and industrial segments specifically focusing on MEP & FIRE systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Research prospects and generate leads within consultants/PMC/END users for ongoing projects throughout Gujarat.
- Arrange meetings with end users/clients.
- Contact direct customers via phone email and in person to identify upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Conduct strong followups on proposal submissions to clients.
- Handle inquiries and queries and arrange meetings for project finalization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research and generate leads effectively.
- Excellent followup and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the residential commercial and industrial segments for MEP & FIRE systems is a plus.
