Job Description:
As a ServiceNow ITOM Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions using ServiceNows IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our IT infrastructure and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Integrate Custom Applications: Design and build custom applications using ServiceNow Portal and Workspaces to meet specific business needs.
- ServiceNow Discovery: Perform handson implementation and troubleshooting of ServiceNow Discovery ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Cloud Discovery and Service Mapping: Implement ServiceNow Cloud Discovery and Service Mapping solutions to optimize resource management and visibility across the cloud infrastructure.
- REST Integrations: Develop and manage REST integrations with thirdparty systems enhancing the ServiceNow platforms connectivity and functionality.
- Event Management: Assist in implementing and managing event management solutions to improve system monitoring and response capabilities.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize Performance Analytics to provide insights and improve operational efficiency.
- Scripting and Development: Utilize your scripting skills to customize and extend ServiceNow functionalities ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Certifications: At least 1 active ITOM certification is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery.
- Experience with Service Mapping and troubleshooting related issues.
- Strong knowledge of REST integrations.
- Handson experience with ServiceNow Portal and Workspaces development.
- Good scripting skills and the ability to customize ServiceNow solutions.
- Exposure to HRSD and any cloud technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Event Management.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
