Job Description

Skilled Neo4j professional with expertise in graph database Technology and Neo4j data modeling ensuring optimal design and performance for customer solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Leadand manage the Professional Services team providing mentorship coaching and career development opportunities.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the growth of the Professional Services practice aligning with overall company goals.
- Oversee the delivery of highquality consulting services to customers ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Buildandmaintainstrong relationships with customers acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate new business opportunities and promote Neo4js Professional Services offerings.
- Provide handson technical guidance and expertise in Neo4j data modeling ensuring optimal design and performance for customer solutions.
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Neo4j technology and best practices ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Manage the financial performance of the Professional Services practice including revenue forecasting budgeting and expense management.
- Contribute to the development of Neo4js thought leadership and brand awareness through presentations articles and other content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7yearsofexperience in graph database technology with a strong focus on Neo4j.
- 3yearsofexperience leading and managing technical teams. Extensiveexperience with Neo4j data modeling demonstrating a deep understanding of graph data structures relationships and query optimization.
- Proventrackrecord of delivering successful consulting projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and clientfacing skills.
- Strongtechnical expertise in Neo4j architecture data modeling query optimization and performance tuning.
- ExperiencewithAgile project management methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (postpandemic).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Neo4jCertification.
- Experiencewithcloudbased deployments of Neo4j.
- Knowledgeofothergraph database technologies
