Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have started their career as a developer specializing in Python Java or Node.js and progressed into a program management role. This individual will interface with clients lead multiple projects from inception to completion and guide and mentor teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster longterm collaboration and satisfaction.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously managing timelines budgets and resources to ensure ontime and onbudget delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives deliverables and milestones.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Proactively address issues and challenges ensuring swift resolution to maintain project momentum.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 35 years of experience in software development specifically in Python Java or Node.js.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical program/project management with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
Skills:
Strong technical background with handson experience in software development.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
