Job Description

Fresh graduates/ 6 months Sales experience from any stream
Experienced wealth manager with a portfolio of clients

Join one of the most dynamic startups in the wealthtech field as wealth relationship managers. based out of our office at Mumbai.

This is a field sales job based out of Mumbai. Please apply ONLY if you are keen to take up sales as your career.

For entrylevel Fresh graduates (6 months of sales experience preferable) fixed salary of Rs 15000 incentives is available.

For experienced wealth managers with existing portfolios salary is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new clients for wealth management and other financial products.
  • Effectively maintain client relationships with followup servicing needs & collecting regular feedback.
  • Distribute various investment products to existing and new clients
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external seniorlevel management to understand customer needs maximize retention and growth and communicate learnings.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.

Required Skills:
  • Some understanding of financial markets. You will be trained and certified before you can distribute financial products.
  • NISM modules for distributors will be required to be cleared before starting the distribution of products.
  • Smart confident and outgoing personality
  • Very good communication skills especially verbal

Prerequisites:
  • Willing to work in a fluid environment of startups.
  • Willing to excel in sales profile. This is a sales job.
  • Quick learner adaptable to changing business needs
  • Multitasking skills. Must be based out of Gurugram
