Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative

We offer online professional courses for architects engineers and designers focusing on industryrelevant skills and practical training. Our cohortbased learning approach ensures professionals gain realworld experience to advance their careers in architecture engineering and design.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with learners who contact us guiding them through our product vision and big picture.
  • Driving inquiries & admissions for the online learning programs offered for the International markets
  • Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of wellqualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program
  • Counseling experienced professionals via call or email on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options
  • Handle inbound calls make outbound sales calls with followups manage learner interactions and address queries.
  • Fix appointments and demo sessions daily.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to learners / parents.
  • Meet daily KPIs and achieve monthly targets through effective convincing and selling skills.

Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience will be required.
  • Edtech experience will be preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Curious and selfmotivated to learn always improving yourself and the team around you.
  • Empathizing with the users to provide them with an intuitive experience and consumer sensibilities.
  • Be enthusiastic and relentless in achieving and exceeding targets drive sales close admissions and be customer (learner) successdriven.
  • Have worked on international sales processes across different time zones.

Working Hours:
US 8 PM 5 AM ( Cab and Food services provided)
Middle East 11 AM 8 PM ( No Cab and Food services provided)

Working Days: 5 Days a week but the candidate may required to work on alternative Saturdays.

Maximum Notice Period: 30 Days
