Assisting parents in admissions to help them prepare for select and get into the right program
Anticipating customer needs and constantly seek new ways to create interest in the companys products and services
Making outbound calls on the leads provided by the support team (Marketing Adminsupport online leads etc.)
Coordinating with different centers making appointments arranging walkins to centers assisting in conversions
Engaging a lead continuously throughout the customer life cycle
Maintaining and updating leads by using the existing tracking methods
Staying current with admission processes and requirements programs curriculum fee structure and developments in offers and campaigns
Reviewing materials and assisting in the admissions decision making process
