Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This individual
will be responsible for managing key accounts within the given territory in the current role and in future
penetrating new named accounts to achieve the revenue goals. The role demands a proactive approach
in building strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
o Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned territory.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and
stakeholders.
o Build relationships across different operational teams like procurement finance legal
functions to ensure that contracts and invoices are duly approved and paid for.
o Expand the engagement with the key accounts by identifying and nurturing upsell
and crosssell opportunities.
o Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their needs and resolving
any issues promptly.
o Ensure crosssell/upsell within each of the accounts to agreed level along with
his/her manager.
Revenue Achievement
o Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
o Prepare and present sales forecasts budgets and performance reports on a weekly
basis.

Collaboration and Teamwork
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales
campaigns to existing accounts.
o Maintain a deep understanding of G2RSs products and services and provide
feedback to the product development team based on customer insights competitor
activities and market demands.
o Collaborate with the client delivery team to ensure consistent service delivery to all
clients.
o Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; master s degree is
preferred.
812 years of experience in sales and account management preferable in software product
companies in the risk management within financial services industry.
Experience of working in international markets would be preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce Hubspot LinkedIn Sales
Navigator MailChimp etc.
