Highend Ceramist (sixfigures)

We are looking for a Master Ceramist with extensive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Dental Restoration Creation:

• Design sculpt and produce ceramic dental restorations such as crowns bridges veneers and implant restorations.
• Collaborate with dental technicians to ensure accurate and functional restorations.

Aesthetic Excellence:

• Create naturallooking restorations that match patients individual teeth in terms of color shape and size.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in dental aesthetics to provide the most cuttingedge and realistic results.

Quality Control:

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the labs high standards of precision and aesthetics.
• Make necessary adjustments or corrections as required before the product is sent out.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with dentists providing them with updates and receiving feedback to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Participate in case planning sessions understanding patientspecific requirements and expectations.

Continuous Learning:

• Attend workshops seminars and courses to stay updated with the latest techniques materials and technology in dental ceramics.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist; portfolio of past work is an advantage.
2. Strong attention to detail and artistic ability.
3. Proficient in the use of ceramic layering techniques.
4. Excellent handeye coordination.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
