Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Compliance Officer to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the financial industry and a strong understanding of law as it pertains to compliance.

Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
. Monitor and assess the companys compliance with laws and regulations
. Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters
. Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards
. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Law or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance within the financial industry
Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to financial compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
