Job Description

Perform Major daily activities of endpoint security, meeting SLA and KPI

Handling critical changes and Severity tickets
Coordinating with the Vendors during outbreaks
Incident investigation
Problem management (Root cause analysis)

Troubleshooting and resolution of Security incident

Implement the approved change requests

Upkeep and sustenance of the endpoint management servers

Work with customer and support on ad hoc requests
