Position Title: Sales Trainee Software Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Trainee to join our software sales team. This entrylevel position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in software sales.

He will assist the sales team in generating leads managing customer relationships and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
   
• Identify and research potential clients through various channels including online research networking events and industry publications.
  
• Assist in the development and execution of lead generation strategies.
  
2. Sales Support:
   
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals presentations and product demonstrations.
  
• Assist in maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  
3. Sales Process:
   
• Assist in the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Strong interest in software sales and technology.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
