Talent Management:

- Collaborate with managers to create job descriptions and competency models.
- Manage the recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Design and oversee performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
Organizational Development:
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives including team building change management and process improvement programs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Work with leadership to design and implement change management strategies that support organizational transformation.
Leadership Development:
- Design and implement leadership development programs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for current and future leaders.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to highpotential employees.
- Assess the impact of leadership development programs on organizational performance.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback.
- Analyze survey data to identify areas for improvement.

- Utilize data and analytics to inform talent management strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR) is preferred.
- 57 years of experience in talent management HR or a related field.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing talent management programs.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and talent management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
