Job Description

  1. Provide guidance and mentorship to business executives and leaders on strategies to improve employee productivity retention engagement and relationships.
  2. Act as a reliable point of contact for all employees and business executives regarding HRrelated matters and queries.
  3. Work with HR line managers and business executives to interpret HR processes business objectives and goals challenges and concerns.
  4. Ensure integrated HR strategies and policies align with organizational needs and goals.
  5. Serve as an HR acquisition and integration specialist managing the HR aspects of strategic integrations and employee acquisitions.
  6. Oversee employee relations metrics diagnose issues and address causes.
  7. Identify inappropriate and unsuitable interventions that could disrupt the business framework.
  8. Provide suggestions and recommendations to resolve technical issues.
  9. Assist business executives and leaders in optimising the company s structure and framework.
  10. Offer counselling coaching mentorship and guidance to both employees and executives to enhance performance.
  11. Develop and research HR strategies and policies to improve and align them with business needs.


Requirements

  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication abilities for effective collaboration with business executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR acquisition systems.
  • Wellversed in HR management and people management.
  • Certified HR professional with comprehensive knowledge of HR intricacies and technical details.
  • Excellent mentorship and coaching capabilities.
