Position: Construction Manager

Our Client a leading construction company in Los Angeles CA is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan organize and manage construction projects from conception to completion

Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring timely completion of all tasks

Coordinate and manage subcontractors suppliers and vendors

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with plans specifications and building codes

Review and approve project budgets change orders and invoices

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met

Communicate with clients architects and engineers to address any issues or concerns

Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management

Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Identify and resolve any project conflicts or delays

Conduct project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation

Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management

Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and regulations

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Experience managing projects in the Los Angeles area is preferred
