AC Technician - Al Hokair

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. The AC Technician will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems for our Entertainment properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Install maintain and repair air conditioning systems in our Entertainment properties.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with AC systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters and checking refrigerant levels.
Conduct inspections to ensure all AC systems are functioning efficiently.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
Order and maintain inventory of necessary equipment and supplies.
Coordinate with other technicians and property managers to schedule repairs and installations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid AC Technician certification or license preferred.

Candidate must have a transferable Iqama.
