Part-time Senior UXUI Product Designer

Location: Hybrid (remote possible)

Hours: 2025 hours per week (flexible schedule possible ideally 3 full days and 2 off days)

As a young company based in beautiful Berlin Bloom is on a mission to transform how absence and healthcare management is handled in companies. We provide our customers with an innovative data platform to measure and reduce their employee absence rates and are passionate about improving peoples health. Since our founding in 2021 our team has grown continuously and we have big plans. As we expand our impact were in search of a Parttime (Senior) UX/UI Product Designer to champion our mission.

Tasks

• Develop lowfidelity UXwireframes and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Create and refine userfriendly highfidelity visual UI designs in Figma ensuring a smooth handoff to engineering
• Conduct product discovery and qualitative research in close collaboration with product engineering and other business stakeholders to understand our users their needs and pain points.
• Create prototypes for user testing and Sales demos.
• Establish design guidelines best practices and standards (including Figma design systems) based on existing definitions.
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executivelevel stakeholders.
• Support marketing efforts with the creation of visual content and campaign materials.
• Provide guidance to external design resources ensuring a consistent brand and visual identity.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay uptodate with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements

• While relevant experience matters more than your degree formal education in interaction interface or information design is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in a product company.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing UX principles and usability testing.
• Extensive experience in creating both desktop and mobile user experience and user interface.
• Handson experience with Figma including best practices for maintaining design systems such as auto layouts.
• Proficient in conducting qualitative research and product discovery.
• Experience working in crossfunctional teams (Engineering Design Product) in an agile environment.
• High emotional intelligence empathy and an engaging enthusiastic demeanor as well as the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience in an (early stage) startup environment is a advantage.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) German proficiency is beneficial.
