Head of CloudDevOps fmd

Position Description

The Head of CloudDevOps will be responsible for overseeing the development deployment and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. This role will involve strategic planning leadership and handson involvement to ensure our systems are scalable reliable and secure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies DevOps methodologies and experience managing a highperforming team.

In this role you will:

• Lead and manage the CloudDevOps team providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment
• Develop and implement cloud strategies together with our Cloud and SoftwareArchitects aligned with business goals and objectives for our offerings in the Automotive and SaaS/IoT markets
• Oversee the design deployment and maintenance of scalable and secure cloud infrastructure
• Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines automation and infrastructure as code
• Collaborate with product development project management and security teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
• Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness. Organize 24/7 OnCall for effective alerting and problem solving
• Manage budget and resources effectively ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations standards and security policies

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in a cloud and DevOps leadership role
• Expertise in AWS cloud platform is mandatory other platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud would be beneficial
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD automation containerization (Kubernetes Docker) and configuration management (Helm Terraform)
• Proven experience in managing largescale cloud deployments and ensuring high availability
• Ability to program in one or more languages (Golang Python NodeJS)
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities and a strategic mindset
