Job Description
- Significant, senior experience of developing and implementing an EDI strategy in a variety of organisations, as a consultant, interim or internal leader
- Deep understanding and knowledge of EDI legislation, policies and best practices
- Deep understanding of the strategic implications of the pursuit of equity, at a sector and systemic level
- Understanding of systems thinking practice and approaches to system change
- Understanding of the principles of trauma-informed practice
- Extensive experience of workforce and partner engagement to inform strategy development
