Job Description

The purpose of our National Graduate Development Program (NGDP) is to provide a framework of standards and effective guidelines for a competence-based training and development program, that will guide and support the National Graduate to acquire the target position competence level requirements. The Individual Development Plan (IDP), is designed with a number of phased progress reviews that are developed in accordance with a range of core and generic Competence Level Requirements (CLR) which are used in assessing the Competence Level Demonstrated (CLD) for the target position to enable our Qatari Graduates to become fully qualified professionals and positively contribute to Qatarization Planned targets.
