Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Workday Scout System Analyst. This position will be fulltime and remote.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support ongoing design configuration and reporting for Workday SCOUT Platform
• Align with procurement team to define and prioritize enhancements to streamline operational processes and enhancements
• Lead new functionality uptake by managing the requirements gathering configuration technical testing supporting UAT and postproduction support
• Monitor new features being released by Workday SCOUT leading educating the procurement team on new features and managing the regression testing to minimize impacts to production
• Collaborate with business analysts and project team members to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide incident management support for production issues
• Maintain change documentation and training materials
• Participate actively in the Workday Community propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday SCOUT solution

What Youll Need

Required:

• Bachelors degree required with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
• 34 years experience with Workday SCOUT or any similar strategic sourcing platform
• Strong planning prioritization and time management skills
• Collaboration and can work effectively in a global team set up
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
