Job Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Chef in planning and organizing the daily operations of the kitchen.
Supervise and direct the team of chefs to ensure the delivery of high quality dishes.
Develop new menus and recipes and improve the existing menu.
Monitor food costs and manage inventory efficiently.
Ensure adherence to food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Deal with customer complaints and feedback and work to improve the dining experience.
Provide training and support to new employees and develop the skills of the existing team.
