Job Title: Field Service/Sales Engineer

Job Description:

ABS Water Tech India Pvt Ltd is a fastgrowing specialty water treatment and maintenance chemicals supplier and water treatment plant provider in South India. We are looking for a dedicated Field Service/Sales Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Field Service: Provide onsite installation validation and commissioning of instruments. Perform handson onsite troubleshooting service and repairs.
   
2. Customer Support: Provide highlevel technical support to external customers at their location. Interface with crossfunctional work teams such as field applications customer support/services product management manufacturing and marketing/sales.
   
3. Sales: Develop and grow the company s sales in the assigned territory. Maintain relationships with all customers for future sales.
   
4. Product Knowledge: Develop indepth knowledge of the company s products and services. Provide training and support to the customers.
   

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot test repair and service technical equipment.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
  
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
  

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
