Job Description

Title : Business Development Manager / Head Of Demand Generation (I C T/ ELV & AV Industry)

This position reports into VP Technology Solutions & Services Experience 1 2 to 15 years in Sales (ICT / ELV & AV industry) with a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 Systems Integration Company


Education: B E (Electronics & Communications) with MBA

Location: Bengaluru

This will be a sales profile with assigned revenue targets and must contribute to the fulfillment of assigned revenue numbers & organizational business objectives.

As a leader of Business would create demand and generate new client opportunities by locating developing defining negotiating and starting business relationships pan India.

Business focus is information transport systems or Structured Cabling Data Networking WiFi Networking IP Surveillance Audio Visual (AV) ACS and it s a fact that all good networks need a high quality well performing ICT / ELV systems to drive them.

Business Development Manager / Head of Demand Generation would also be responsible for reaching established goals by acquiring new clients through prospecting (coldcall email social selling etc.).

  • Would also be required to build a Sales Team both for Inside Sales and Outside Sales function.
  • Understand customer requirement and work on the drawings & have to design the Bill of Materials for Customers Consultants & Partners o Propose suitable & optimized ICT / ELV & AV solutions for the customer requirements (BoQ & BoM).
  • Work on Bids & Specification documents for projects o Review Project & Tender specifications validate the same and prepare Compliance statement
  • Understand and recommend best practices for design and installation.
  • Manage Vendor relationship.
  • To coordinate with the Presales team in Designing Solution for any layout/requirement & Conduct Product Demo for Customers.




Requirements

  • Knowledge of Structured Cabling System Data Networking System WiFi Networking System IP Surveillance System Audio Visual System Access Control System viz. Products competition installation practices standards etc.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office & MS Visio and ability to read CAD Drawings
  • Should be a team player.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret Bill of Materials.
  • Any industry certification will be an advantage.
