Senior Project Manager

• Responsible for scheduling planning conducting and coordinating civil and structural works.
  
• Managing engineering deliverables and coordinating multidisciplinary tasks to ensure they meet project quality standards.
  
• Ensuring efficient and timely completion of civil design engineering tasks during both proposal and project delivery stages.
  
• Inspecting and overseeing all substructural architectural and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works.
  
• Ensuring that onsite construction activities adhere to the Drawings and Specifications as well as comply with local regulations and requirements.
  
• Coordinating with consultants contractors and local authorities on projectrelated matters to ensure smooth work progress.
  
• Conducting minor design calculations creating drawings and preparing reports.
  
• Preparing and compiling weekly and monthly project reports.
  
• Preparing billing correspondence and certificates for the Architect.
  
• Ensuring the quality of the building and workmanship during the construction stage.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from accredited institution.
  
• At least 10 years of experience in site work for building and infrastructure construction.
  
• Demonstrates a positive attitude strong organizational and planning skills the ability to meet deadlines and performs well under pressure.
  
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak in Mandarin would be an advantage).
  
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
  
• Possess own transporation and willing to travel.
