Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. This role involves creating managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic generate leads and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid advertising strategies excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to campaign management
  • Develop implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to Google Ads Bing Ads and social media channels.
  • Conduct keyword research audience targeting and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copy visuals and landing pages to optimize ad performance and user engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance making datadriven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Perform A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives targeting strategies and bidding approaches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI while staying within allocated budgets.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance highlighting key metrics insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and platform updates to ensure campaigns are current and effective.
  • Provide recommendations for new paid advertising opportunities and strategies to enhance overall marketing efforts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies including keyword research audience targeting and bidding strategies.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads Bing Ads and social media advertising tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new advertising technologies and platforms.
Additional Job Details:

Setup and Location: Work From Home
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM AEST 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PH time
Employment Type: Full Time
