Job Description
Hardware Testing & Troubleshooting of Hardware Faults
Remote Troubleshooting
Installation of Firewall Security VOIP Routing and Switching Wireless networks
Hands on experience on different brands CISCO / HP/ ARUBA / JUNIPER / FORTINET/PALO ALTO
Products Maintenance
Checking logs of router and switches for troubleshooting network issues
Inventory management
Implement administer and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs firewalls routers switches and controllers.
Configure routing and switching equipment hosted IP voice services and firewalls
Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources
Replacing faulty network hardware components when required at warehouse or on Client site.
Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation
The Engineer should be Available all the time on phone if any AMC incident call come then have to attend it on priority basis without any excuses.
Requirements
Should have experience in Communicating and Documenting incidents to include cause action solution and root cause analysis
Knowledge in Routers and Switches hardening for secure network infrastructure
Must have experience of Server Testing & Troubleshooting to test the hardware
Must have good knowledge of Cisco products
Willing to learn about all products and brands
Must have good communication and Google searching skills
