Job Description

Looking for Terms of Reference for Endline Evaluation of the Changes 2.0 Project in Glenstantia

Qualification and Experience

  • Masters in Gender Studies Development Studies Public Health or Social Science with demonstrable experience in GBV and CP Humanitarian projects or gender equality. Alternatively master s degree in development studies social sciences with statistics and economics background will also be accepted.
  • Demonstrable experience in working with children preferably in conflict prone countries such as Somalia.
  • Advanced data analysis skills in regression and econometric analysis using STATA R or SPSS
  • Considerable record of accomplishment and proven experience in quantitative and qualitative methods of data analysis and data management.
  • Profound experience and technical knowledge in gender equality adolescent sexual reproductive health and rights and social and economic and social empowerment of women
  • Previous experience in Somalia is an added advantage
