Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented efficient and capable of managing various administrative tasks to support our operations with a focus on working during night shifts to accommodate US client.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage the calendar of the executive.
Schedule meetings appointments and events ensuring there are no conflicts.
Send reminders and updates as needed.
Email Management:
Monitor and manage the executive s email inbox.
Respond to emails on behalf of the executive as directed.
Organize emails and maintain an efficient filing system.
Scheduling:
Arrange travel plans including flights accommodations and transportation.
Prepare itineraries and travel schedules.
Handle reservations and bookings for meetings and events.
Vendor and Client Interaction:
Handle communication with vendors and service providers.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients including Clevel executives.
Ensure smooth communication and followup on various tasks.
Confidential Information Management:
Handle and safeguard confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive matters.


Qualifications:


Willingness to work night shifts.
At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Experience working with US clients.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.



Requirements



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a remote environment.
Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management tools such as Google Calendar Outlook etc.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
