Job Description
This is an onsite fulltime Job Scheduling Clerk role located in Durban North.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every job assigned to our technicians is correctly scheduled estimated and priced.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the data on the performance maintenance and warranty of all machines and devices that we use in our operations.
Additionally you will work closely with operational management to ensure that the performance of our technicians is properly tracked and that all our clients are satisfied with the quality of our services.
- Track Vehicle to Scheduled Services
- Daily service sheet reviews
- Keep Client Information Updated
- Schedule Pools for UpComing Services
- Follow up on leads and grow the customer base
Requirements
Computer Literacy
Mathematics Grade 12 Pass
Drivers Licence
Good English
Driver Licence Code 8 - non-negotiable Grade 12 Mathematics Pass - non-negotiable English Speaking - non-negotiable Supervisory Skills, Communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and in a team Customer service-oriented mindset
