Title: Client Solutions Manager

Location: Wiltshire, BA15 - Hybrid

Salary: Up to 45K dependant on experience plus excellent benefits

The Role:

As the Client Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business efficiency for a diverse client base through innovative technology solutions and exceptional relationship building. You will collaborate closely with existing clients to identify technology needs and create customised solutions.

As a key member of the team, your ambitious vision and growth mindset will keep internal and external stakeholders informed about cutting-edge technologies. Ensuring clients stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving landscape, to safeguard and enhance their businesses.

The core responsibilities of this role include client engagement, developing technology roadmaps, and delivering tailored solutions. A comprehensive understanding of an MSP's tech stack and the critical role of various technologies in business operations is essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with existing clients to gain a deep understanding of their current and future tech requirements, challenges and goals.
  • Identify, and suggest opportunities for improvement and participate effectively in the process of innovative change.
  • Develop and manage technology roadmaps in alignment with clients' needs and organisational capabilities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by consistently delivering effective and innovative technology solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee and participate in the technical design of client project work and internal project work as required.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to develop solutions for new customers and ensure the successful execution of technical projects.
  • Engage as required in discussions with potential new clients, particularly in the absence of senior team members
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and provide feedback to enhance service offerings
  • Establish and maintain systems, procedures, and methodologies to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Fulfil additional tasks or responsibilities as requested to support the team's objectives.

Essential Experience & Qualifications Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Experience with MSP technology stack products including email security solutions, backup systems, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Full Driving licence and own transport.
