Job Description
- You will define the AI product roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and customer needs.
- You will provide expert advice to clients on the implementation of AI solutions, identifying opportunities to apply advanced technologies to business problems.
- You will develop client requirements and translate them into clear and detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- You will coordinate and supervise the development of AI projects, managing resources and ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
- You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- You will evaluate and select the most appropriate AI technologies and methodologies for each project, guaranteeing the quality and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
- You will monitor the progress of AI projects, preparing regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- You will participate in training clients and internal teams on the use and best practices of the implemented AI solutions.
- You will work to identify and promote opportunities for improvement and innovation within the field of artificial intelligence.
- You will participate in Generative AI Projects: Develop and supervise projects that involve generative artificial intelligence, applying models such as GANs, VAEs and GPT for the generation of innovative content.
- You will ensure proper data management and governance in all AI projects, implementing policies and practices that guarantee data quality, security and regulatory compliance.
- What are we searching for?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field. Certifications in product management, agile methodologies, and data governance are an added advantage.
- Experience in technology consulting roles, product management or AI projects, preferably in the consulting sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex products and projects, with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with skills to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to align AI solutions with strategic business objectives and provide clear product vision.
