Job Description
You will work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications and viable AI solutions.- You will design AI solutions tailored to specific client needs, ensuring their viability and effectiveness.
- You will participate in the implementation of Projects: coordinating and supervising the implementation of AI projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives.
- You will evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and make adjustments to optimize their effectiveness.
- You will participate in training the client's internal teams on the use and best practices of the implemented AI solutions.
- You will be involved in documenting project processes and results, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- You will provide ongoing advice to clients on new opportunities and improvements to their AI solutions.
- You will work closely with internal and client technical teams to ensure the proper integration and operation of solutions.
- You will stay up to date with the latest trends and advances in artificial intelligence to propose innovative solutions.
- You will ensure that AI solutions comply with industry regulations and standards in terms of security, privacy and ethics.
- What are we searching for?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Project Management (PMP), and Design Thinking are an added value.
- Experience in technology consulting, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Experience in managing technology projects, with skills to coordinate multiple projects and teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and prepare detailed reports.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with skills to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage collaborative projects.
- Mastery of Spanish and fluency in English is desirable. Other languages are valued.
